The company was founded in December 2001 from the experiences of Eurotechne GEIE to work in collaboration with university networks EURODOCTIS and PRODUCTIQUE TOULOUSE both in the invention that in the application of innovative technologies and methodologies in the fields of energy from non-fossil sources, in environmental technology , e.s. to sanitize the environment and for the treatment of liquid and gaseous effluents, both for the abatement of environmental impacts of the production and human settlement, for the study of the transfer of innovative technologies for the production, for study of the endogenous potential of the territories and their production planning in a Development Control Plan, for the design and setting up of industrial lines or for upgrading and improvement of existing production activities.

In these areas has operated in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa even within programs of non-profit organizations and third parties.
